Internet America Selects StarView as Strategic Partner to Offer Bundled
Broadband Internet and VoIP to Small and Midsize Texas Markets

Houston (September 9, 2009) — Internet America, a leading Internet service provider for consumer, small business and enterprise customers throughout Texas (OTC Bulletin Board: GEEK - News), announced today it has selected Austin-based StarView to provide VoIP and Hosted VoIP PBX services to its embedded customer base throughout Texas and to new residential and business customers nationwide. StarView uses SIP technology — session initiation protocol — to deliver VoIP services, enabling Texas businesses in traditionally underserved markets to significantly reduce communications costs and improve efficiency without investing in a new phone system or disrupting business.
